I can’t thank the team at this Pep Boys enough. After driving 45 minutes to Santa Monica, one of my tires suddenly began rapidly losing air. Because my tires are a specialty size, replacement wasn’t an option on a Saturday evening. Even though they were about to close, Trish inspected my car and approved the repair instead of turning me away. Alejandro stayed a few minutes past closing to make sure I could safely drive home. At no point did I feel rushed. They genuinely cared more about getting me back on the road safely than watching the clock. That level of customer service is rare. Huge thanks to Trish, Alejandro, and the rest of the team for going above and beyond. Highly recommended.

Everything about my experience with Pep Boys for this visit, smooth and pleasant sailing. No one wants to spend a bunch of money on their car, but pricing was fair for my great job and I got to sit in the comfortable waiting area and watch the Wimbledon match. I can’t say enough about the lady at the front counter, guided me through the entire process. Trish was such a joy to talk to. Courteous, helpful, professional, and a great conversationalist when I was waiting for my car to be finished. I almost wanted to go back and get my other brakes finished soon too, so I could talk to her again. Lol 😊

I came in with a plan from another tire shop, but after taking a look at my car and tires, Trish provided a thorough and honest assessment of what actually needed to be done. As it turned out, the other shop was recommending unnecessary work and trying to maximize the bill. It was incredibly refreshing to receive such straightforward, trustworthy service. Trish took the time to explain everything clearly, and the team completed the work quickly—I was in and out within a few hours. An excellent experience from start to finish.

Got two new front tires with my new pep boys card. Trish and Gael were so helpful. I had a flat tire and they helped me last minute. I so appreciate them. I would definitely return

What should have been a routine oil change turned into three separate visits and a lot of unnecessary stress. My car was not leaking oil before the service. Shortly after the initial oil change, we noticed oil spots in our driveway and on the street. That is what prompted us to bring the car back. On the second visit, staff acknowledged that the drain plug had been installed incorrectly during the first service. While I appreciated the honesty, it was concerning given how critical proper oil service is. After that correction, the oil warning light came on again during a short drive, and I had to purchase and add my own oil to protect the engine. That should never happen after a professional oil change. When we finally met the manager in person on Monday, he was professional, apologized, and redid the oil and filter. I am genuinely grateful he took the time to make it right, and things seem to be in order now. Still, this situation took hours out of our week and could have been catastrophic if the warning signs were ignored. I was also surprised that no goodwill discount or service recovery was offered after multiple visits. Additionally, one staff member was dismissive when w
